The Pathways to Independence program is Directed by Dianne S. Salter, Ph.D., J.D., the Director of Support Services at Hill Top Preparatory School.  Dr. Salter is a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years experience working with people who have learning differences, mental health and emotional issues.

Assistant Director – Clinician with experience in individual and group counseling, program coordination and staff supervision.
Counselors – Counselors are masters or doctoral level clinicians with experience working with adolescents who learn differently.
SAT Prep Teachers – Certified in subject areas and experienced in meeting the needs of students with executive functioning and social needs.                                                        Activity Specialists – Individuals with experience instructing and working with students with learning differences.

There will be a student to staff ratio of 1:3.
